The Travel Bug?  The Shutter Bug?  Or both?

Over the years I've travelled a bit, and wherever I've gone my camera has gone with me.

I got my first digital camera back in 2003, specifically for a trip to the Rugby World Cup in Australia.  Before that it was all analogue.  A few years after getting that first digital camera I started scanning some of my old analogue photos.  However, before I got very far with that, most of them got lost in a house move!  Grrh!  So what you'll see on here was mostly shot in the last 20 years or so.

I make no claims to be a great photographer, but occasionally I get it right, more by luck than judgement.  I do this for fun, and to remember what a wonderful world I've been lucky enough to see.
