Centre is a Delta satellite launch rocket. It first went into service in 1960, and flew its final mission in 2024.
On the right, a Titan II rocket with a Gemini capsule on top. Gemini was the second US crewed programme, following on from the initial Mercury programme, and provided a vital stepping stone to the Apollo programme which first took human beings to the moon.
