A little about me:

I’m Danny

I am a very occasional photographer, shooting when i get the time away from my full time job. I got my first camera in 2010 and could not put it down. I did the typical path of shooting everything I saw. Landscapes, cityscapes, macro, and urbex have all been explored. I then discovered the joy of portraits while doing a course. While mostly shot in studio, I am eager to continue advancing my craft, both in studio and on location.


What I shoot:

I am currently shooting portraiture, boudoir, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and art nude/ non nude images, mostly for collaborations, part paid, and affordable rates with those who would be happy to shoot with me, but can compensate models who can work with my limited budgets. Sometimes the compensation includes the outfits used if they are not in the model's current wardrobe. I will always help with travel.

I am looking to do more work both in studio and on location. I am also always up for a spontaneous shoot. If you are in the area and message me, I would love to meet up and shoot. There are some stunning places in the immediate area and the possibilities for amazing images are there waiting to be captured!

Why I shoot:

I shoot to capture beauty and wonder that is sometimes overlooked or taken for granted. You will notice in my list that glamour and erotic are not listed. While I would consider glamour as part of a shoot so the model gets shots she desires, these genres are not my main passion. I want to capture the beauty of the humanity in us all. I think it can be found in all people. There is beauty in the unconventional. I will work with models of all ages, ethnicities and body types. The beauty shows when the model is comfortable in their own skin and I love to capture it in a way that reflects that and not just for the sake of objectification. As the shots in my portfolio show, I prefer any shots to be tasteful and almost classically beautiful. I don't judge other types of shoots, but it just isn't where my passion is.
